At Innoric Infosystems Pvt. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where refunds or cancellations are requested. Please read the following policy to understand how refunds and cancellations are handled for both services and products.

1. Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions for both services and products:
– Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of service completion or product delivery.
– To initiate a refund request, please email us at [email protected], stating your concerns and reasons for the refund request.
– Refunds are subject to approval based on the nature of the product or service, the reason for the request, and the terms outlined in the initial agreement or contract. Each case will be reviewed fairly.
– Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

2. Cancellations
Clients have the right to cancel services or product orders provided by Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. under the following conditions:
– Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
– Cancellation may be subject to fees outlined in the service agreement, contract, or product terms, which may cover the cost of work completed or resources allocated to the project.
– Cancellations may not be possible for services already rendered or products already delivered. Refund requests will be evaluated under the Refunds section above.

3. Non-Delivery of Services or Products
If Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or products within the specified timeframe due to our own negligence, clients are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the delay’s impact.

 

4. Modification or Termination of Services or Product Orders
Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate services or product orders under the following conditions:
– If the client breaches the terms of the agreement or contract.
– If the project scope changes significantly beyond what was initially agreed upon.
– If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to continue the service or fulfill the product order.
In such cases, we will notify the client in advance and work to find a suitable solution. Clients may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid, unused services or unshipped products.

5. Dispute Resolution
