1. Refunds:

Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality website design & development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, and enterprise services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a client is not satisfied with our work. In such cases, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of service completion or delivery of the final product.

Refunds are subject to approval based on the nature of the project, the reason for the request, and the terms outlined in the initial agreement or contract. We will assess each case fairly and try our best to reach an amicable resolution.

Refunds may be processed within 30 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

2. Cancellations:

Clients have the right to cancel services provided by Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].

Cancellations may be subject to applicable cancellation fees, as outlined in the service agreement or contract. These fees may cover the cost of work already completed or resources allocated to the project.

Once a project is completed or a product is delivered, cancellations may not be possible, and refund requests will be evaluated as per the Refunds section above.

3. Non-Delivery of Services:

If Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe due to our own negligence or fault, the client will be eligible for a full or partial refund, as determined by the severity of the delay and the impact on the project.

4. Modification or Termination of Services:

Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate services under the following circumstances:

If the client breaches any terms of the agreement or contract.

If the project scope changes significantly beyond what was originally agreed upon.

If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible or impractical to continue the project.

In such cases, Innoric Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to notify the client in advance and will work with them to find an amicable solution. The client may be eligible for a refund for any prepaid, unused services.
